Excellent Location and Comfy Stay
I enjoyed my time here, especially the riverside terrace where we had drinks with beautiful views. The extensive breakfast options were fantastic, with fresh choices including various pastries and fruits that were constantly restocked. I found the hallway noise a bit disruptive at times as it made it hard to fully relax in our room.

really enjoyed my stay here! the location was perfect, just a quick walk into town and it was nice and clean everywhere. our room had a lovely view and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
however, the wifi was really bad, almost unusable and the shower pressure was super weak. that was kinda frustrating.

missingWrote a review on 23 Septcanal viewwide selectioncold breakfastmalfunctioning tvlack of cleanliness
The location offered a stunning view of the canal and was just a minute's walk from the town center. Although the breakfast had a wide selection, the cooked items were lukewarm and lacked flavor, prompting a visit to a nearby fast food place the next day. Additionally, maintenance was lacking, with the TV malfunctioning and the room needing a serious clean-up due to visible dust and cobwebs.

The spacious room was surprisingly quiet, offering a nice view of the swimming pool, while the convenient location made it just a short walk from town. Breakfast was a highlight, especially with the made-to-order omelettes, and the friendly staff added to the welcoming atmosphere. the request for maid service was not automatically provided, and the inconsistency in room requests left us initially with a king-sized bed instead of twins.

The entrance was stunning and our room had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The room service was quick and the food was delicious. We loved relaxing in the indoor pool and enjoying time in the sauna after a long day. Just a heads up, we never got the bathrobes we requested, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon was enjoyable, highlighted by the fantastic outdoor terrace and the excellent breakfast options. Although the air conditioning in my room struggled, the beautiful surroundings more than made up for it.

missingWrote a review on 28 Jullong check-in
Check-in felt like an eternity, stretching over 20 minutes, with guests anxiously waiting around. The parking situation is head-scratching. a £10 fee for something many assume is included in their stay. The air conditioning struggled to deliver a cool breeze, turning my room unwelcome during warmer nights. I highly suspect that minor room cleanliness issues, like dusty corners and a couple of unkempt glasses, slipped through before my arrival. Also, the layout of lights and mirrors in the bathroom made grooming a real challenge.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll along the River Avon to the Royal Shakespeare Company and The Swan Theatre. Our rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the nice atmosphere and friendly service from the staff, making our stay enjoyable with our grown kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant wait was frustrating at dinner as we had to queue despite having a reservation.
